About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to accelerate sales growth, build on existing early deal success, and optimize the company's sales strategy. Key responsibilities include engaging senior executives at insurance companies, HMOs, and hospitals to secure new commercial deals, leveraging expertise and network to initiate high-impact negotiations.
Job Description:
This position involves driving revenue growth by closing significant deals with healthcare organizations, ensuring consistent sales expansion. Additionally, you will prepare infrastructure and processes to expand the sales team across key territories as sales accelerate.
Requirements:
A minimum of 10 years of senior sales experience in the healthcare industry, with a proven track record of successfully driving early deals with insurance companies, HMOs, and hospital systems. You must be hands-on, execution-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. Experience in building sales teams from the ground up in tech startups or other new business initiatives is highly desirable.
