Director of SAP Talent Acquisition

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Partner Management team as a Director of SAP Talent Acquisition. This is a key leadership position that will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scale the pool of excellent Vicos that fit the demand side, with a focus on SAP services.
  • Actively source and manage candidates, finding, qualifying, and onboarding them to build a winning Vico.
  • Develop and implement Vico building and scaling strategies, including marketing campaigns and relationship management.
  • Support the development of our software tool set and processes for Vico building.
  • Build and engage the Vico community, motivating them to grow on their own account.
  • Co-define our overall strategy and be responsible for a set of OKRs, directly impacting Vicoland's growth trajectory.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a professional services firm or SAP recruitment company, with extensive work on SAP solutions.
  • Excellent client-facing communication and writing skills.
  • University or Technical University degree with good or very good results.
  • Strong network in the SAP sector.
  • Excellent judgment in evaluating people for their strengths and weaknesses.
  • Native German, fluent English.
