Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of SAP Talent Acquisition to join our Partner Management Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for scaling our pool of excellent Vicos that fit the demand side, primarily focused on SAP services.

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing and managing candidates to find, qualify, and onboard them to build a winning Vico.
  • Defining and implementing Vico building and scaling strategies, including marketing campaigns and relationship management.
  • Supporting the development of our software tool set and processes for Vico building.
  • Building and engaging the Vico community to motivate them to grow on their own account.
  • Co-defining our overall strategy and being responsible for a set of OKRs to directly impact Vicoland's growth trajectory.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years of experience in a professional services or SAP recruitment firm, with extensive work on SAP solutions.
  • Excellent client-facing communication and writing skills.
  • A university or technical university degree with good or very good results.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with a broad range of people daily.
  • A strong network in the SAP sector.
  • Excellent judgment in evaluating people for their strengths and weaknesses.
  • Native German and fluent English, with DACH being our primary market.
