Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of SAP Talent Acquisition to join our Partner Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for scaling our pool of excellent Vicos that fit the demand side, with a focus on SAP services. Your core responsibility will be to source and manage candidates, find, qualify, and onboard them to build a winning Vico.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and managing candidates to build a winning Vico
  • Scaling our pool of excellent Vicos that fit the demand side
  • Defining and implementing Vico building and Vico scaling strategies
  • Supporting end-to-end in relationship management and marketing campaigns
  • Building the Vico community and engaging and motivating Vicos to be active members
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in professional services or SAP recruitment
  • Extensive work on SAP solutions
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • University or Technical University degree with good or very good results
  • Native German, fluent English
