Your mission will be to source, manage, and onboard top talent to build winning Vicos. You'll interact with a diverse range of people daily, from freelancers to clients, and be responsible for defining and implementing Vico building and scaling strategies.

This is a people-centric business, and you'll have the autonomy to come up with new ideas and implement them, from marketing campaigns to relationship management. You'll also support the fine-tuning of our software toolset and processes for Vico building.

As a key member of our Partner Management Team, you'll co-define our overall strategy and be responsible for a set of OKRs, directly impacting Vicoland's growth trajectory.

If you're a seasoned professional with 4+ years of experience in professional services or SAP recruitment, and possess excellent communication skills, a strong network in the SAP sector, and native German and fluent English, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Scale our pool of exceptional Vicos that cater to the growing demand for SAP services
* Source, manage, and onboard top talent to build winning Vicos
* Define and implement Vico building and scaling strategies
* Interact with a diverse range of people daily, from freelancers to clients
* Support the fine-tuning of our software toolset and processes for Vico building

**Requirements:**

* 4+ years of experience in professional services or SAP recruitment
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong network in the SAP sector
* Native German and fluent English
