Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of SAP Talent Acquisition to join our Partner Management Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for scaling our pool of excellent Vicos that cater to the demand side, with a focus on SAP services as our first vertical.
Your primary objective will be to source and manage top talent, finding, qualifying, and onboarding candidates to build winning Vicos. You will interact and communicate daily with a diverse range of people, including clients, Vicos, and team members.
You will also support the development and implementation of Vico building and scaling strategies, including marketing campaigns and relationship management. Your role will involve fine-tuning our software toolset and processes to optimize Vico growth.
As a key leader, you will co-define our overall strategy and be responsible for a set of OKRs, directly impacting Vicoland's growth trajectory. You will also build and engage the Vico community, motivating them to be active members and proactively grow on their own account.
Requirements- 4+ years of experience in professional services (consultancy, system integrator, etc.) or SAP recruitment firm, with extensive work on SAP solutions.
- Excellent client-facing communication and writing skills.
- University or Technical University degree with good or very good results.
- Strong network in the SAP sector.
- Excellent judgment in evaluating people for their strengths and weaknesses.
- Native German, fluent English.
- Director-level position in a pioneering company with a significant impact on company results, the market, and your personal growth trajectory.
