Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Agent at MExT Germany. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Provide product information and make recommendations to customers
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Fluent German language skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is desirable
