Team Leader in Dialogue Marketing (m/f/d)
CHO-TIME GmbH is seeking a dedicated Team Leader in the realm of Dialogue Marketing.
This role is availablefull-time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and mentor customer service representatives within a team of approximately employees
- Support project management in meeting both quantitative and qualitative objectives
- Generate reports and assessments for upper management
- Work closely with the recruitment department
- Provide coaching and training for team members
- Assess training requirements for various projects
- Develop and implement product and communication training sessions
- Facilitate team meetings
- Establish conversation protocols
- Extensive experience in dialogue marketing with a solid understanding of KPIs
- Proven leadership experience with potential for further growth
- Excellent communication and motivational abilities
- Strong conflict resolution skills and assertiveness
- High level of customer and service orientation
- Sales-driven, adaptable, and well-organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Friendly and approachable communication style
