Customer Service Representative

Cho Time GmbH is a family-oriented company founded in 2007 by Mr. Cho. We have experienced significant growth since then and have become a benchmark leader in the telecommunications industry with over 1000 employees at our locations in Mönchengladbach, Mülheim, Duisburg, and Greece.

Your Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service through inbound telephone calls
- Work in a 2-shift model with a weekly rotation (8:00-12:15, 17:45-22:00)
- Participate in a 2-week training program in full-time mode (Monday to Friday, 10:00-19:00)
- Offer expert advice on our mobile and DSL products and services
- Process customer orders and contracts
- Provide general customer support
- Maintain customer and contract data
What You Bring:
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with people
- Good computer skills, particularly in MS Office
- Quick learning ability and willingness to learn
- Excellent German language skills in writing and speaking
- Previous experience in the call center industry is a plus, but not required
