About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Investing Product Operations Lead to join our team at Trade Republic. As a key member of our Investing Product Operations team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our investing operations strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Investing Product Operations team to ensure seamless execution of investing operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and optimize investing operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decision-making and improve operational efficiency
  • Manage and execute projects to deliver impactful outcomes and drive business growth
  • Conduct thorough business analysis, market research, and customer research to understand user needs and identify opportunities for product improvement
Requirements
  • Minimum 6-7 years of relevant professional experience in ops, product management, strategy, or similar
  • Strong background in gathering and analyzing data to identify key insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement in product operations
  • Proficient in utilizing data visualization tools and analytics platforms to create insightful reports and presentations for key stakeholders
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team of dedicated investing operations specialists, handling complex projects, effectively prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, to drive alignment and achieve business objectives
