ABOUT OUR TEAMOur objective is to establish exemplary operations at Trade Republic. Our adept Product Operations professionals confront the most complex and demanding challenges, devising scalable solutions across the organization to support its rapid growth. From optimizing product workflows to ensuring efficient operations, our Product Operations team excels in every facet. The role of the Product Operations Manager is not merely to sustain existing systems but to spearhead the development and management of exceptional products from conception to delivery. To thrive as a Product Operations Manager at Trade Republic, you will:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Advising on and facilitating the execution of scalable processes that bolster our products, empower the organization, and drive Trade Republic's rapid growth
  • Developing process automation to enhance cross-departmental collaboration
  • Working within cross-functional teams and engaging with internal stakeholders from various departments including Product/Engineering, Operations, Legal/Compliance, and Customer Service
  • Driving strategic decisions by independently gathering, preparing, and analyzing information on internal and external processes, managing projects critical for Trade Republic's growth
  • Enhancing your data analysis, project management, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities

QUALIFICATIONS WE SEEK
  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a prestigious university, preferably in Management, Finance, or Computer Science
  • We recommend having 3-5 years of experience in a dynamic environment (high-growth startup, leading consulting firm, or investment bank)
  • You are proficient in English, both written and spoken
