ABOUT OUR TEAMOur objective is to establish outstanding operational excellence at Trade Republic. Our adept Product Operations specialists confront the most complex challenges, devising scalable solutions across the organization to support its rapid growth. From optimizing product workflows to ensuring flawless operations, our Product Operations team excels in every facet. The role of our Product Operations team extends beyond maintaining existing systems; it encompasses leading the development and management of exceptional products from conception to delivery. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Advising on and facilitating the execution of scalable processes that bolster our products, empower the organization, and accelerate Trade Republic's growth
  • Developing process automation to improve cross-functional collaboration
  • Participating in cross-functional teams and engaging with internal stakeholders from various departments, including Product/Engineering, Operations, Legal/Compliance, and Customer Service
  • Driving strategic initiatives by independently gathering, preparing, and analyzing information on internal and external processes, managing projects essential for Trade Republic's advancement
  • Enhancing your data analysis, project management, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities

QUALIFICATIONS WE SEEK
  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university, ideally in Management, Finance, or Computer Science
  • We recommend having 3-5 years of experience in a dynamic environment (high-growth startup, leading consulting firm, or investment bank)
  • You are proficient in English, both written and spoken
