Job Overview

We are seeking a Lead Analyst, Product Operations (all genders) to become a vital part of our Logistics Product Operations team, dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences.

This team serves as a crucial link between our global product and technology divisions and local teams worldwide. This position provides a unique opportunity to collaborate, learn, and contribute to the development of our global logistics products, transforming them into effective solutions tailored for local markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of essential business KPIs, product performance metrics, and product utilization across various global regions.
  • Engage with and support our operational stakeholders.
  • Identify improvement opportunities through data analysis, demonstrating innovation in finding optimal solutions and executing them thoughtfully and promptly.
  • Assist in the deployment of new products and features within your region, aimed at enhancing user experience, business performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Deliver regular performance reports, insights, and presentations to management.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in data interpretation within an analytics or data science capacity.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, engineering, science, economics, or a related analytical field.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with reporting tools (e.g., Tableau or Data Studio).
  • A proven history of improving business operations and optimizing performance through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making, including experience in performance management, process enhancement, and operational efficiency improvements.
  • A genuine passion for data, coupled with creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys innovative thinking.
  • Highly motivated, communicative, independent, and pragmatic in addressing business challenges.
  • Curious and willing to challenge the status quo.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in the last mile industry in an analytics, operations, or product role is advantageous.
