Wind Turbine Site Manager

The Nordex Group is a leading manufacturer of wind turbines, and we are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to join our team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and installation of wind turbines, ensuring that all activities comply with quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage construction activities to meet deadlines, cost, quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Ensure the execution of contracts with suppliers and customers.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and providers to deliver the scope of work.
- Report internally as defined in the Governance plan.
- Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience in Site Management, preferably in the wind industry or a similar sector.
- Proven experience in precast concrete or construction buildings.
- Willingness to travel.
- Excellent German and English skills (minimum B2).
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills, as well as conflict resolution experience.
- Ability to work and communicate well in a team.
