As a Site Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient completion and commissioning of wind turbines for environmentally friendly power generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Ensure all project on-site activities comply with quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) regulations.
- Construction Management: Manage the entire construction process to meet deadlines, cost, quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Contract Management: Ensure the execution of contracts acquired with suppliers and customers.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate on-site teams to deliver the scope of work and manage activities and tasks during the execution readiness process.
- Reporting: Report internally as defined in the governance plan.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience: Experience in site management, preferably in the wind industry or a similar sector.
- Skills: Proven experience in precast concrete or construction buildings, willingness to travel, excellent German and English skills (minimum B2), strong problem-solving and leadership skills, and conflict resolution experience.
