Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of works at a specific location of the construction site. You will ensure that all work is performed in accordance with Siemens Gamesa standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strong EHS leadership and champion a Zero Harm environment
- Support and contribute to EHS matters in planning meetings and ensure assessment, documentation, and certification processes are in place
- Ensure activities at site comply with company and project targets in regard to safety, schedule, cost, and quality
- Implement and execute change and claim management, as well as cost out measures, to drive a Zero Defect culture
- Manage risk and opportunity
- Plan and coordinate site activities and establish a regular reporting regime
- Implement 24ONE99 workflows and related construction standards and cost out measures
- University degree in a relevant subject or minimum 2 years of professional experience in the Offshore wind industry and at least 1 year in a similar role
- Proven leadership experience in large international construction projects and in-depth technical knowledge of wind turbine products and related logistics
- Ability to handle conflicts and be a solution-oriented individual who can understand technical issues, work processes, and activities at site
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with advanced English language skills
- Willingness to travel and work on a rotational basis both onshore and offshore
