Site Operations Manager

The Nordex Group is a leading manufacturer of wind turbines, and we're seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to join our team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction activities of our wind turbines, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure all on-site activities comply with quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) regulations.
- Manage construction activities to meet deadlines, cost, quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Execute contracts with suppliers and customers, and manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and providers.
- Coordinate on-site teams to deliver the scope of work and manage activities and tasks during the execution readiness process.
- Report internally as defined in the Governance plan.
- Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience in Site Management, preferably in the wind industry or a similar sector.
- Proven experience in precast concrete or construction buildings.
- Willingness to travel.
- Excellent German and English skills (minimum B2).
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills, as well as conflict resolution experience.
- Ability to work and communicate well in a team.
