Business Development Ambassador

We are a SaaS company based out of Berlin that provides small & medium-sized (SME) machine suppliers/distributors with the ability to manage and monetize their after-sales operations with our robust software solution.
The ideal candidate for this role is a creative, energetic self-starter who understands the sales process for our ICPs. You know how to sell innovation and disruption through customer vision expansion and can drive deals forward to compress decision cycles. You love understanding a product in depth and are passionate about communicating its value to the service leaders in the machinery sector.
Responsibilities- You will build and maintain business relationships with potential clients.
- You will explore and tap into new markets via cold/warm calling.
- You will work closely with the founders to set goals for each quarter.
- You will support the sales team in setting and achieving goals.
- You will stay informed about industry developments and potential competitors to always stay one step ahead.
- You have experience in cold calling or customer service, ideally in the B2B sector.
- You have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- You have an independent and proactive work style with a high level of self-motivation.
- You are familiar with CRM systems and sales tools.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional European languages are a plus.
- You will receive an attractive salary, including sales commission.
- You will have up to 30-day PTO (pro-rata per annum) and the option to work from abroad for 30 days per year.
