Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead Facility Management to join our team at our Bielefeld location. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting, planning, and coordinating the day-to-day activities of our Haustechnik and Produktionstechnik departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate the operational activities of the Haustechnik and Produktionstechnik departments, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
- Lead, organize, and monitor the technical building management team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and maintain the technical knowledge and skills of team members, including training and mentoring of apprentices in relevant technical fields.
- Oversee the repair and maintenance of buildings, technical equipment, energy systems, and other infrastructure at the site.
- Support the development and implementation of technical and construction projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Manage budgets and resources for personnel and equipment, ensuring efficient use of company assets.
- Coordinate and lead internal and external teams, including contractors and service providers, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including suppliers and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Completed training as an Anlagenmechaniker or Elektriker or equivalent technical training with a degree as a Master or Technician.
- Several years of experience in a technical role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or food industry.
- Experience in the GMP environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
