KPMG - Team Leader for Tax Support

As a leading professional services firm, KPMG is dedicated to providing exceptional service and guidance to our clients across diverse industries. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our Tax Assistant Team in the Hannover/Bielefeld/Münster region.

  • Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Tax Assistant Team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Effectively manage resources and schedules, ensuring seamless operations even during peak workloads or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Coordinate vacation planning and replacements within the team, maintaining optimal staffing levels.
  • Oversee the professional development of team members, identifying training needs and facilitating growth opportunities.
  • Facilitate clear communication and knowledge sharing among team members, promoting a culture of collaboration and support.
  • Serve as a liaison between partners/managers and assistants, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient information exchange.
  • Contribute to process improvements, including digitalization initiatives and streamlining onboarding procedures.
  • Take on HR responsibilities for the team, including reviewing job applications and participating in interviews.
  • Assist in organizing internal events and fostering a positive team environment.
  • Coordinate office space management and relocations as needed.
