Your Role: Facility Management Team Lead

As a Facility Management Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technical facilities. You will lead, organize, and monitor the entire facility management department, overseeing all aspects of building maintenance, technical infrastructure, and energy systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support, planning, and coordination for operational activities within the technical department.
  • Lead, organize, and monitor the entire facility management team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Develop and enhance the technical knowledge and skills of your team members through training and mentorship.
  • Execute repairs and maintenance tasks for buildings, technical facilities, energy systems, and infrastructure to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Contribute to the design, planning, and implementation of technical projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards.
  • Manage budgets for personnel and equipment, demonstrating financial responsibility and resourcefulness.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal staff, external contractors, and relevant authorities to ensure seamless operations.
  • Be available for on-call duty to address urgent maintenance needs promptly and efficiently.
  • Create comprehensive maintenance plans and documentation to ensure clear procedures and accountability.
