Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead Facility Management to join our team at our Bielefeld location. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting, planning, and coordinating the day-to-day activities of our Haustechnik and Produktionstechnik departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate the operational activities of the Haustechnik and Produktionstechnik departments
- Lead, organize, and monitor the technical building management team
- Develop and maintain the technical knowledge and skills of team members, including training and mentoring
- Perform repairs and maintenance of buildings, technical equipment, and infrastructure
- Support the development and implementation of technical and construction projects
- Assist with budgeting and cost control for personnel and equipment
- Plan, coordinate, and lead internal and external teams, including contractors and suppliers
- Develop and maintain documentation and records
Requirements
- Completed training as an Anlagenmechaniker or Elektriker or equivalent technical training
- Several years of experience in a technical role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or food industry
- Experience in the GMP environment is desirable
- High level of flexibility, teamwork, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Fluency in English is desirable
