Your Role and Responsibilities

In this exciting position, you will be the first point of contact for visitors at our office, providing a warm and welcoming experience. Your strong service mentality and excellent communication skills will ensure that our colleagues and visitors feel supported and cared for. You will be responsible for managing office supplies, preparing conference rooms, and supporting the onboarding process of new employees. Your organizational skills will be essential in managing travel bookings, expense reports, and other administrative tasks. Additionally, you will assist with organizing events and cover for the assistant to the management team. This role requires a team player with a can-do attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. If you are an outgoing and flexible individual with excellent English skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, we would love to hear from you.
