About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our team at SAP LeanIX. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and user-centered design solutions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design of complex user experiences and interactions for our SaaS products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and design solutions
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions
  • Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and customers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design
Requirements
  • Several years of experience in UX design, with a focus on SaaS products
  • Deep understanding of human-centered design principles and methodologies
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design work and process
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt to changing priorities
