About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our team at SAP LeanIX. As a key member of our design team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop user interfaces that are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet the needs of our customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and research, to ensure that design solutions meet business objectives.
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design.
Requirements
  • Several years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio that showcases your work.
  • Deep understanding of human-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and InVision.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
