Senior UX Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our team at SAP LeanIX. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions that drive business value and improve the overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as the needs and goals of our users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and research, to design and deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions and ensure that our products meet the needs of our users.
- Design and prototype user interfaces, interactions, and experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and meet business objectives.
- Work closely with the product management team to develop and maintain product roadmaps and design strategies.
- Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and executives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our design processes and outcomes.
- Several years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio that showcases your skills and expertise.
- Deep understanding of human-centered design principles, user research methods, and design thinking.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
- Proficiency in design tools, such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, and Adobe XD.
- Experience working in an agile environment, with a strong understanding of agile methodologies and principles.
