About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our team at SAP LeanIX. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions that drive business value and improve the overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop user interface concepts and prototypes to enhance the user experience of our software-as-a-service solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and research, to ensure design solutions meet business and user needs.
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and ensure solutions meet user needs.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across our products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design and apply this knowledge to improve our design solutions.
Requirements
  • Several years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio that showcases your skills and experience.
  • Deep knowledge of human-centered design principles and practices.
  • Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and InVision.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.
