About the Role

Magna is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Purchasing department as an intern or working student. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in purchasing and analysis, while contributing to the success of our global organization.

Your Responsibilities
  • Support the purchasing team in various reports using PowerBi, including supplier reporting.
  • Contribute to the development of purchasing and analysis tools, enhancing our operational efficiency.
  • Assist in the preparation of tenders and negotiations, ensuring seamless communication with suppliers.
  • Collaborate closely with neighboring departments, including HR, Finance, and Operations, to achieve common goals.
  • Perform administrative tasks and maintain internal and external communication channels.
Your Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a third or higher semester of an economics or related studies.
  • Excellent commercial or IT understanding, with a strong affinity for MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerBi.
  • Previous experience through internships or working student activities is highly desirable.
