Job Title: Brand Manager Retail Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager Retail Specialist to join our team at McCain Foods. As a Brand Manager Retail Specialist, you will be responsible for driving and supporting the identification and capitalization on growth opportunities in fingerfood, potato innovation platforms & new business towards the Retail market in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Range responsibility: In charge of Pickers fingerfood range = point of contact & responsible for fingerfood & new segments.
  • Portfolio management of existing range.
  • Analysis & insights: Conduct market analysis and gain insights on German market, identifying and translating them into business opportunities.
  • Innovation: Prepare central innovations for local roll-out. Prepare winning business cases & go-to-market plans in close collaboration with Central Teams as well as local sales team.
  • Activation: Supports and activate prioritized business opportunities in Retail. Implementation of marketing plans & delivery against the (online-offline) activation calendar.
  • E-Commerce: Optimize our E-Commerce approach.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Min. 2-3 years of work experience in marketing/product management (ideally FMCG industry).
  • Excellent communication skills, written & spoken.
  • German native speaker & English fluent (written & spoken).
  • Proactive self-starter mentality, with entrepreneurial attitude, able to work autonomously.
  • Project management skills.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Computer skills (all MS Office applications) & digital affinity.
  • Possession for food, trends and food retail market.
  • Team player.
  • Flexibility to travel (1-2 days/month).
