Job Title: Senior Leisure Sales Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Leisure Sales Manager to join our team at HRG Commercial Services GmbH. As a Senior Leisure Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenues in the leisure sector across all hotels in our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenues in the leisure sector
- Build and maintain relationships with group leisure clients, with a focus on international markets
- Acquire new clients and partners to expand the network and increase market presence
- Negotiate contracts and terms with partners to ensure optimal collaboration
- Analyze market trends, competitive data, and customer behavior to continuously optimize sales strategies
- Collaborate with the Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations departments to achieve sales targets and enhance guest satisfaction
- Participate in trade fairs, roadshows, and industry events to represent the brand and expand the network
Requirements:
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Tourism Management, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in leisure sales, ideally in the hotel or tourism sector
- Extensive market knowledge and a strong network in the leisure segment (tour operators, online travel platforms, travel agencies)
- Excellent negotiation skills and experience in closing cooperation agreements
- High self-motivation, strategic thinking, and a goal-oriented approach to work
- Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage
