Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Döhler Group. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for executing our sales strategy and driving business growth in the food and beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new sales
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in international B2B sales within the food and beverage industry
- Proven track record of sales success and business growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Fluent English and good German skills, additional languages beneficial
