We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Wolt. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our restaurant partners, ensuring their success and growth within our platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute account growth strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to discuss performance, goals, and challenges
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer experience
- 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate
- Proven track record of driving business growth and increasing revenue
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Fluent in German and excellent English skills
