About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our German Senior Sales/Account Development Team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our industrial customer portfolio.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet our customers' needs.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, industry trends, and customer needs.
  • Work closely with our Customer Success team to develop and execute account plans and joint business plans.

Your Profile:

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or key account management, preferably in the FMCG/Retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of the German market and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Fluent German and excellent English language skills.
