ERM is seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the growth of our Capital Project Delivery business in the German renewables market. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise in onshore wind, offshore wind, and solar power to unlock new opportunities and drive business expansion.

Key Responsibilities
-------------------

* Develop and execute commercial strategies to pursue and win new business opportunities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business prospects
* Collaborate with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality services and support clients throughout the asset life cycle

Requirements
------------

* Proven consultancy experience with a strong track record of creating innovative solutions in the renewables space
* Solid management and leadership experience, excellent communications skills, and experience engaging with stakeholders
* Business fluent German and English language skills
