Job Title: Asset Manager

JD Ross Energy is seeking a highly skilled Asset Manager to join our team. As an Asset Manager, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day commercial management of wind energy and photovoltaic plants in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement forward-looking liquidity management strategies to ensure optimal cash flow.
  • Conduct thorough financial analyses and prepare comprehensive reports on the performance of renewable energy assets for internal management, banks, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage invoicing for feed-in tariffs, Go's, leases, and external operational management contracts.
  • Verify all incoming invoices from management, insurance, electricity supply, green maintenance, telecommunications, and other service providers.
  • Oversee document management and assist in contract management, ensuring compliance with agreements and monitoring notice periods using a contract management system.
  • Communicate effectively with external project participants, including banks, operating companies, insurance providers, and accounting firms.
Requirements:
  • Hold a university degree in economics, business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Alternatively, possess a completed accounting or commercial apprenticeship with relevant work experience.
  • Fluency in German is essential, with experience in asset management for renewable energy.
What We Offer:

A competitive salary of €50,000-€70,000 and a 10-15% bonus.
