Job Title: Renewable Energy Business Development Manager

ERM is seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the growth of our Capital Project Delivery business in the German renewables market. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise in onshore wind, offshore wind, and solar power to unlock new business opportunities.

ERM is a leading sustainability consultancy with a strong presence in Germany. Our Capital Projects Delivery team has a proven track record of delivering complex environmental and social impact studies for major infrastructure projects. We work with a diverse range of clients, including domestic companies, international lenders, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a commercial growth strategy for our Capital Project Delivery business in Germany
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and win new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality services to our clients
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the renewables industry, with a strong track record of creating innovative solutions for clients
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Business fluent German and English language skills
