Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer to join our team at Flowserve SIHI Germany GmbH.

Your Tasks:

  • As an Outside Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for managing end-user relationships in NRW, focusing on the Oil&Gas, Power, CPI, and Water markets.
  • Develop and maintain sales strategies for Pumps, Mechanical seals, Service & Solutions offerings, both for original equipment and aftermarket segments.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify and address their needs, ensuring a smooth RFQ process and effective technical and commercial order negotiation.
  • Provide after-sales support, including claim management and forecasting business growth using Flowforce.
  • Report on market trends, issues, and obstacles to inform business decisions.

Your Profile:

  • You possess a technical degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, or a related field.
  • With 2+ years of sales experience in rotating equipment, you have a strong understanding of the industry.
  • You are a goal-driven and independent professional with excellent interpersonal skills, able to lead meetings and communicate results effectively.
  • Able to travel and work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Fluency in English and German is essential, with high IT affinity and a willingness to adapt to new challenges.
