Rotating Equipment Sales Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer to join our team at Flowserve SIHI Germany GmbH.
Your Tasks:
- As an Outside Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for managing end-user relationships in NRW, focusing on the Oil&Gas, Power, CPI, and Water markets.
- Develop and maintain sales strategies for Pumps, Mechanical seals, Service & Solutions offerings, both for original equipment and aftermarket segments.
- Collaborate with customers to identify and address their needs, ensuring a smooth RFQ process and effective technical and commercial order negotiation.
- Provide after-sales support, including claim management and forecasting business growth using Flowforce.
- Report on market trends, issues, and obstacles to inform business decisions.
Your Profile:
- You possess a technical degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, or a related field.
- With 2+ years of sales experience in rotating equipment, you have a strong understanding of the industry.
- You are a goal-driven and independent professional with excellent interpersonal skills, able to lead meetings and communicate results effectively.
- Able to travel and work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English and German is essential, with high IT affinity and a willingness to adapt to new challenges.
