About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Engineer to join our team and lead the optimization of our web presence for search engines. As a key member of our acquisition-focused team, you will work closely with SEO specialists and content editors to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • As a Frontend Engineer, you will play an active role in the continuous improvement of the user experience and conversion of traffic.
  • You will collaborate closely with the Product Manager, UX Designer, SEO Managers, and Content Editors to implement SEO best practices into our web experience.
  • Optimize code for performance, ensuring fast load times and responsive design across devices.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits and address issues such as crawl errors, broken links, accessibility, and site speed.
  • Utilize lean and iterative methods for optimal results, with ambitious quality objectives, and facilitate the entire process from concept development to go live.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing with your team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest development trends, especially around SEO best practices, and drive innovation in the tech department.

About You

  • You have extensive experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6), and are proficient in React.js, Next.js, and other modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries.
  • You are passionate about search engine optimization and bring significant experience in this field, including solid familiarity with SEO tools and technical analysis.
  • You are a strong communicator and collaborator with a high degree of ownership and attention to detail.
