About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Specialist to join our team at Raisin. As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for executing our established SEO strategy while adapting to specific market needs. This includes implementing our SEO strategy, taking ownership of assigned markets, and planning and executing technical optimization.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in SEO, with proven expertise in both technical SEO and content-driven strategies. They will also have experience in managing multiple domains and a track record of growing domains' organic performance.

The successful candidate will be proficient in diverse SEO inputs, including A/B testing, SEO audits, keyword research, site taxonomy, information architecture, link building, international SEO, technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and UX/CRO. They will also have strong reporting and analytical skills, with experience with tools like Google Analytics and Ahrefs.

In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will have a collaborative, team-driven mindset with a positive attitude and a strong hands-on approach. They will also be fluent in English and German language skills.

  • Plan and execute technical optimization, leveraging solid technical SEO skills and experience.
  • Utilize strong keyword research and analysis skills to identify opportunities and gaps.
  • Collaborate with the Content Team to ensure a seamless process from incorporating keyword research to ensuring published landing pages align with SEO requirements.
  • Regularly track, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics, providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
