As a Market Place Sales representative, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our wholesale partners, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including store managers, sales teams, and retail operations teams.
- Conduct regular in-store visits to audit and improve visual merchandising, assortment, and stock levels.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive commercial KPIs and deliver business results.
- Provide training and support to floor teams on product knowledge, visual merchandising, and sales techniques.
- Monitor and analyze store KPIs to inform business decisions and drive improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion retail or visual merchandising, preferably at a supervisor level or above.
- Strong knowledge of fashion retail, visual merchandising, and sales principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
Location: Offenbach, Germany
