Job SummaryWe are currently seeking a (Junior) Operations Manager (m/f/d) in full-time for the area of "Furnished Rentals".

ResponsibilitiesResponsibility for the Rental Business, with the following areas:
- Furnished Rentals
- Residential Rentals
- Office and Commercial Rentals
With a focus on the following tasks:
- Creation and maintenance of rental listings on rental portals
- Review and response to booking inquiries through rental portals
- Communication with tenants before, during, and after booking in German and English
- Creation of rental agreements and rental documents
- Conducting handovers and inspections of apartments with tenants
- Active quality management of apartments (damage, inventory)
- Rental intake control (controlling) and filing of rental documents
Responsibility for the internal area "Furnishing", with the following task priorities:
- Creation of furnishing and interior design concepts
- Project management for the implementation of the furnishing concept
- Coordination of internal and external service providers for the implementation of the furnishing
- Support of management in further administrative and operational tasks
You should bring:
- Quereinsteiger (non-traditional career path) welcome - No explicit prior experience is required, as we will train you on the job and with a lot of enthusiasm. We are looking for personalities who are willing to take on a new challenge with outstanding motivation and engagement
- Developed customer understanding and customer orientation, experience in the hotel or catering industry an advantage
- High level of self-motivation, self-initiative, and passion
- Ability to handle stress and time pressure positively and flexibly
- Strong team and communication skills
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Very good experience with Microsoft Office (Excel) and a routine use of the computer
- Willingness to also make our tenants happy on weekends, as our tenants will eventually move in or out on weekends
