Real Estate Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Operations Intern to join our dynamic Wunderflats Plus department. As the primary point of contact between tenants, landlords, and external service providers, you will ensure seamless and efficient communication, delivering an exceptional level of service and care to everyone involved.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing tickets for a portfolio of apartments, handling everything from tenant check-ins and check-outs to coordinating apartment cleaning and maintenance. You will also conduct apartment viewings across Berlin, oversee key handovers, and collaborate with external service providers such as cleaning companies and handymen, ensuring that our high standards are consistently met.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills, able to confidently interact with new people, whether in person or over the phone. You will also need to be adaptable, able to thrive in changing situations, and approach challenges with a hands-on, solution-driven mindset.
