About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Manager to join our team at a nationally leading research company, supported by the federal government and the state. This is a unique opportunity to work in the context of employee leasing, with the possibility of permanent hire.

Requirements
  • Completed commercial training in the real estate sector
  • Initial work experience as a Building Manager
  • Excellent written and verbal German language skills
  • Good PC and MS Office skills, especially in Excel
  • Strong organizational abilities
Responsibilities
  • Manage the commercial real estate supervision comprehensively
  • Handle administrative tasks related to space occupancy and building maintenance
  • Coordinate and manage external service providers
  • Conduct inventory work and track stocks in MS Excel
  • Support internal transport tasks and mail distribution
