Job Title: Development ManagerWe're seeking a highly skilled Development Manager to join our Business Development Team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading the acquisition of suitable properties in the DACH region, providing analytical support during real estate transactions, and assisting with market and financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the acquisition of suitable properties in the DACH region

- Analyze operational data of existing hostel properties for performance benchmark and underwriting purposes
- Support the Head of Development throughout transactions, including LOIs, structuring, review, and negotiation of transactional documents
- Analyze potential development and capital project proposals to ensure they contribute to operating performance and meet investment return criteria
- 3-4 years of experience in an analytical, investment, or real estate development role
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Good understanding of profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash-flow statements
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong written and oral skills in English and German, with other European languages an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Excel and PowerPoint
