We are seeking a Global Product Manager - Product Portfolio Lead to manage our current and future global portfolio of target group-oriented perfect serve market solutions. This position is responsible for the Tap Machine Family and other solutions for on- and off-trade channels, with a focus on our mission to become the best shot drink brand in the world in a highly competitive market.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and improve our current global portfolio of target group-oriented perfect serve market solutions, with a focus on the Tap Machine Family.
  • Provide expert guidance for the entire product development process, from project brief to market-ready product.
  • Develop and implement action plans based on legal and market-specific requirements for the continuous technical and design development of tap machines.
  • Analyze and optimize tap machine-relevant processes, such as development, complaint management, and after-sales services.
  • Ensure global product conformity together with our quality management to guarantee the supply of our tap machines in all global markets.
  • Develop potential simplifications of the certification process for markets to exploit placement potential.
  • Provide proactive market and regional management support in terms of product-specific questions, educational material, and product compliance.
  • Develop education and training content and integrate it into existing digital platforms.
  • Develop possible setups for after-sales processes with the aim of higher customer satisfaction, longer life cycles, and reduced costs for our tap machines.
Requirements
  • Completed studies in Business/Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related further education.
  • 2+ years of experience in a comparable position at international companies, preferably for electrical/technical goods or FMCG.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder and process management as well as process optimization.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of business and technology.
  • Experience in leading intercultural and interdisciplinary project teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
  • MS Office skills, Miro, SAP, and Workfront as an advantage.
