Employer Branding Strategist

We are looking for an Employer Branding & EVP Manager to join our team at Mast-Jägermeister in Part-time.

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in Employer Branding, Marketing, HR or a related field. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing employer branding strategies to attract top talent and enhance the candidate experience;
• Creating target group-specific campaigns and communications to promote our employer brand;
• Fostering cross-functional teamwork to drive branding initiatives and collaborate with internal stakeholders;
• Leveraging digital marketing tools and platforms to launch innovative social media campaigns;
• Managing projects and delivering results independently with excellent communication skills.

We are looking for a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of branding dynamics and a passion for driving meaningful change. The ideal candidate should possess:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Proven experience in developing and implementing employer branding strategies;
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms;
• Ability to manage projects and deliver results independently;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
