Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Product Strategist to join our team. This role will involve managing our global portfolio of target group orientated perfect serve market solutions, with a focus on project development from brief to market-ready product.

The successful candidate will have responsibility for:

  • Coordinating the entire product development process, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
  • Leading projects for the continuous technical and design development of tap machines, incorporating action plans based on legal and market-specific requirements.
  • Analyzing and optimizing tap machine relevant processes, such as digitalization and complaint management.
  • Collaborating with our quality management team to guarantee global product conformity across all markets.
  • Developing potential simplifications of the certification process for various markets.
  • Providing proactive support to our regional teams on technical issues, educational material, and product compliance.
  • Creating education and training content for integration into existing digital platforms.
  • Designing after-sales processes to enhance customer satisfaction, extend product life cycles, and reduce costs.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in a comparable position at international companies, preferably in electrical/technical goods or FMCG.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder and process management, as well as process optimization.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of business and technology.
  • Experience leading intercultural and interdisciplinary project teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, SAP, and Workfront is an advantage.
Salary

The estimated salary for this role is between $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
