Global Product Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Senior Product Manager to join our Global Brand Marketing department at Mast-Jägermeister. This role will be responsible for managing our global portfolio of target group orientated perfect serve market solutions, with a focus on cooling solutions and portfolio.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies for the continuous technical and design development of tap machines.
- Manage projects from project brief to market-ready product, ensuring compliance with legal and market-specific requirements.
- Analyze and optimize tap machine relevant processes, including digitalization and complaint management.
- Ensure product conformity across all markets, working closely with quality management.
- Develop potential simplifications of the certification process for various markets.
- Provide proactive support to regional managers on technical issues, educational materials, and product compliance.
- Create education and training content for integration into existing digital platforms.
- Design after-sales processes aimed at higher customer satisfaction, longer life cycles, and reduced costs for tap machines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in a comparable position at international companies, preferably in electrical/technical goods or FMCG.
- Strong skills in stakeholder and process management, as well as process optimization.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of business and technology.
- Experience leading intercultural and interdisciplinary project teams.
- Fluency in English and German, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and Workfront is an advantage.
The estimated salary for this role is €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
