Unlock Your Potential as a Business Coach for Amazon's Transportation Team

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Coach to join our Middle Mile team at Amazon Transportation Services (ATS). As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in managing Linehaul Service Provider (LSP) relationships and ensuring they're set up for success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement scalable tracking processes to support LSPs
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to advise on and manage operational challenges
  • Identify and develop strategies for improving the LSP onboarding and training process
  • Analyze and interpret data to optimize efficiency across individual LSPs and the entire supply chain
  • Provide regular reports to leaders on LSP health and training proficiency
Requirements:
  • Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and German
  • Relevant experience in program or project management
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in supply chain and/or transportation
  • Experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
  • PowerBI and SQL knowledge a plus
