About the Role


CHINT is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our business in the new energy and renewable energy sectors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and business development plans to increase our market share and expand our customer base.


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify and analyze market trends and customer needs to develop targeted sales strategies and solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development plans and initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.


Requirements


  • At least 3-5 years of sales experience in the electric vehicle or energy storage industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the energy industry and its trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Native German language skills, with fluency in English.
